Will installing a fence increase the value of my property?
Yes! In fact, according to FastExpert, adding a fence to your property offers a typical ROI of 50% to 70%. It can also help distinguish property lines, increase privacy, security, or add peace of mind. Whatever the reason you want fencing, contact Ballfer Fence to get the job done right!
What is the best type of fence for a hurricane?
Any fence that is not a solid panel will have the best chance against a hurricane. We find that fencing with space in between the boards has the best chance.
How long do the fences last?
How long fences last depends on how well you take care of them. All fencing requires some sort of maintenance, but synthetic fences are designed to last over 30 years with proper maintenance.
Is it safe to pressure wash my fence?
Yes, it is! Just make sure you wash the fence at a reasonable distance based on the water pressure. Washing too close could damage the UV protective layer on your fencing.
Will you assist with any HOA paperwork?
Yes, we will happily assist with any HOA paperwork for your fencing if requested!
